I’ve adapted it over the months, but what I’ve ended up with is a perfect combination of sweet and chocolaty and peanut buttery. It keeps me full all morning long, and I get about 3 cups of green leafy veggies in me before I even know what’s happened!

Serves: 2-3 cups

  • ½ cup blueberries
  • 1 cup coconut milk (or almond milk)
  • 1 cup cold water
  • 3 big handfuls organic spinach
  • 1 heaping TBS raw cacao
  • 2 TBS natural peanut butter (or other nut/seed butter, like almond butter or tahini)

  1. Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy! Enjoy
